By using PISUM, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

01 Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the PISUM radiology reporting software, developed by PISUM SAS.

By installing, activating, or using PISUM, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms in full.

Professional use only. PISUM is exclusively intended for qualified healthcare professionals (radiologists, specialist physicians). Use by unqualified persons is expressly prohibited.

02 License

PISUM SAS grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for professional radiology activities.

Rights granted

  • Install and use PISUM on the number of workstations included in your plan.
  • Create radiology reports for professional use.
  • Customize included templates for your medical practice.

Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell access to the software.
  • You may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • You may not use PISUM to develop a competing product.

03 Medical liability

PISUM is a report drafting aid. Generated reports remain under the exclusive responsibility of the radiologist who signs and validates them.

⚠️ Important disclaimer. The user remains fully responsible for the medical accuracy and regulatory compliance of each report issued via PISUM. PISUM SAS declines all liability for diagnostic errors.

Provided templates are structural models to be adapted to each patient's specific clinical context by the healthcare professional.

04 Data & privacy

Patient data and reports are stored exclusively on your local machine. No patient data, report content, or medical image is transmitted to PISUM SAS servers.

The only data collected concerns account and license management. See our GDPR Privacy Policy.

  • Account data is hosted in the European Union.
  • Patient data stays on your local machine — we have no access to it.
  • Voice dictation (Sally AI) is processed via a secure cloud API in real time — audio is never stored.

05 Intellectual property

PISUM, its source code, 112 templates, Sally AI dictation engine, and all components are the exclusive property of PISUM SAS.

Reports generated by the user belong entirely to them. PISUM SAS claims no rights over the medical content produced.

06 Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

PISUM SAS reserves the right to suspend your access immediately in case of terms violation or misuse.

07 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PISUM SAS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

PISUM SAS's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.

Service availability. As a local application, PISUM's availability does not depend on our servers. We guarantee the licensing service with a 99.5% uptime objective.

08 Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of persistent dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
