No. PISUM is a fully offline application. Once installed, it runs entirely on your local machine — no internet connection is needed for reporting, dictation, or export. An internet connection is only required at initial activation and for software updates.

PISUM supports Windows 10/11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux versions are currently in development. A minimum of 8 GB RAM is recommended; 16 GB is advised for optimal voice dictation performance.

Yes — with the Clinic plan. It supports up to 10 radiologist seats per institution, multi-site management, an admin dashboard, and network sync across workstations. Each seat retains its own profiles and preferences.

Sally AI is PISUM's built-in voice recognition engine. It runs entirely on your local processor (CPU/GPU) — no audio data is ever sent to external servers. It adapts to medical vocabulary in radiology across 23 supported languages and improves accuracy over time on your device.

PISUM ships with 112 structured templates covering all major imaging modalities (CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound, PET-CT…). You can also create and save unlimited custom templates — either from scratch or by modifying existing ones. Custom templates are stored locally and travel with your user profile.

PISUM exports to PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx). Reports can be formatted with custom headers, footers, logos, and signatures. Bulk export for batch reporting is available on the Clinic plan. Direct RIS/PACS integration is on our roadmap.

Yes. The interface and report templates are available in 23 languages including French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, and more. Voice dictation is also language-specific — Sally AI understands medical terminology in each supported language.

Yes — the Clinic plan includes full custom branding. Upload your institution's logo, customize headers, footers, color accents, and digital signature fields. Every exported report will carry your department's visual identity.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to your current billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle — you keep your current features until then.

Yes. PISUM offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan or export your custom templates before the account expires.

Yes. All patient data is generated and stored locally on your machine. No patient data is ever transmitted to our servers. PISUM only collects anonymized license telemetry (activation key, OS version). See our Privacy Policy for the full compliance overview.

All patient data stays on your local machine. PISUM never uploads patient information to any server. The application is designed to be air-gapped compatible — it can operate in fully disconnected environments. Local backups and RIS/PACS archiving remain your institution's responsibility.

Yes. Because PISUM is a fully local application with no cloud dependency, it is compatible with strict healthcare IT environments.
